Membership is another major division of the society. The activities of this division are overseen by a sub committee. As a first step towards a better control, the member information system has been regularized. Membership care comprises of information like name, membership number, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, first year of membership, type of membership and signature. The membership software program also has been upgraded. The program generates information about dues to be collected from the members.

The society increased associate membership from 965 to 1039. The billing function has been computerized. The membership to the society is governed by stringent selection procedures. The society encourages members to participate in various activities organized by the society.
