Landscaping & Beautification: Landscaping Projects are undertaken by the HDF on Turnkey basis, which includes : Master Planning, Horticultural, Civil, Irrigation, Lighting executions,  Rain Water Harvesting, and Maintenance programmes of areas in Kolkata and also out side West Bengal.

Consultancy and Advisory Service:  Commercial plantation, mushroom cultivation, vegetable farming, herbal medicine, export-oriented horticulture etc. Panel of experts is available for rendering service to the clients.

Prepare project reports under agreement with different individuals, firms, and institution Government Organization including Foreign and International Institution for the transfer of knowledge in the field of agrotechnology under different climatic and soil condition.

Grant scholarship, stipends, incentives and other types of assistance to students, scholars, professors for imparting higher education and for carrying out research studies or activities related to the development of scientific and technical knowledge on agriculture and horticulture.
