It is said that the need of the day is a better standard of governance - not just among companies but also among non government organizations. The Agri Horticultural Society is an NGO. At the society, better governance protects and enhances long term value of all its stakeholders - members, customers, employees and the community. The society is committed to achieve its objectives transparently within a regulatory framework.

The society has outlined policies and guidelines to ensure that its financial and management system obligations are adhered to. As a result, a special attention is paid to the conduct of the society within the statutory and ethical guidelines.

The society is governed by a council of members headed by personalities who possess a considerable experience and skills in different walk of life. Regular sub committee meetings are held and the council meetings are held for the ratification of all major decisions.
