At the society, better governance protects and enhances long term value of all its stakeholders - members, customers, employees and the community. The society is committed to achieve its objectives transparently within a regulatory framework.

The society has outlined policies and guidelines to ensure that its financial and management system obligations are adhered to. As a result, a special attention is paid to the conduct of the society within the statutory and ethical guidelines.

The society is governed by a council of members headed by personalities who possess a considerable experience and skills in different walk of life. Regular sub committee meetings are held and the council meetings are held for the ratification of all major decisions.
