This is another key division that has been created in the recent past. The division is managed by a sub committee. The sub committee helps regularizing the rules and regulations of the society. The council approved the alteration of the memorandum of Articles with regard to the regulations of the Society following permission from the Ministry of Commerce, Government of West Bengal.

The Sub committee compiled a detailed list of Agri Horticultural Society of India's projects that require sponsorship and demarcated the garden into zones to facilitate segment wise support. The sub committee expects that the society increase its visibility during the days to come.
